Cycling My IM 25 Lagoon Tank - Seeking Advice!

Hello everyone!
I’m thrilled to share my journey with my new IM 25 Lagoon reef tank! Currently, I’m in the second week of cycling and have added ammonia along with beneficial bacteria to kickstart the nitrogen cycle.
As of now, my ammonia levels have dropped to zero, but I’m noticing that both nitrite and nitrate levels are quite high. I understand that this is a normal part of the cycling process, but I would appreciate any tips on how to manage these levels effectively.
I’m using two AquaIllumination Blade grow lights, which I’ve heard are great for supporting plant and coral growth. However, I’m also starting to see some brown algae (diatoms) developing, which I know can be common during this stage.
